All bikes are professionally packed and shipped via specialized freight partners. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your ride leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day trial period on all apparel and accessories. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do Mike's Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every bike frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, typically for 1-2 years.
